ATOS disc cultivators are designed for crushing, cutting and loosening the soil surface using two rows of toothed discs with a diameter of 560 mm. The discs are secured with rubber shock absorbers that protect them against mechanical overload. ATOS is equipped with rear tubular shaft (hydraulic adjustment up-down) used for additional grinding, compacting and leveling of the soil and in side screens eliminating the recoil of soil outside the working area of ​​the machine. Double powder coating placed on a previously screwed surface, it increases the machine's resistance to external factors.

The ATOS seeding and tillage unit is equipped with: coupler (hydropack), which is our original and patented solution. The purpose of the hydropak is to pull the seeder onto the machine and shorten the distance between the tractor and the seeder in order to eliminate the "lever".

Available in three fixed working widths: 2,5, 2,7 or 3,0 m. On request, it can be equipped with discs with a diameter of 510 mm or 610 mm and a different type of roller. The weight of the entire machine, which includes the disc unit, tubular roller and hydropack, is - depending on the type - from 1250 to 1450 kg. As a result, it is possible to use a tractor with even lower power (from 80 HP!). ATOS disc cultivators are recommended for light and medium-compact soils. It is useful not only when preparing soil for sowing, but also when mixing scattered manure or sown lime with the soil.
