The heart of the unit are four rows of "S" spring tines with double-sided shares (or optional goosefoot shares), which ensure intensive mixing and aeration of the soil. The ARAMIS unit is available in three working widths (from 2.5 m to 3.0 m), allowing it to be tailored to the needs of any farm.
Multi-row tooth arrangement
Four rows of spring-loaded working elements guarantee precise crumbling of the furrows and leveling of the field surface.
Precise depth control
The use of a front string roller and a rear roller (e.g. tubular or string) allows you to maintain the ideal working depth and pre-compact the soil.
Possibility of retrofitting
The unit can be equipped with reinforced cylinders or other shafts, which allows for full personalization of the machine for a specific type of crop.
Solid finish
Like other AMJ AGRO machines, ARAMIS is powder coated, which ensures high aesthetics and long-term protection against weather conditions.

ARAMIS scraper unit (AMJ AGRO)
A lightweight yet durable machine designed for precise pre-sowing cultivation. Its main task is to effectively loosen the topsoil, destroy weeds, and prepare an ideal seedbed in a single pass.
The design consists of two front string rollers (responsible for leveling and maintaining the depth), a section of "S" type spring tines (standard 2 rows, optionally 3 rows of straight or curved tines) and a rear crushing and compacting roller.
ARAMIS is an excellent and economical choice for light and medium soils, where, in combination with a seeder, it saves time and fuel needed for field preparation.

The standard machine features two rows of spring-loaded tines that effectively loosen and aerate the topsoil. For more demanding conditions and improved soil mixing, a third row of tines can be added. Users can also choose between straight and curved tines, allowing for perfect adaptation to the specific crop.

The ARAMIS model is equipped with a robust Hydropack system, based on two hydraulic cylinders. This ensures stable lifting of the seeder and maintaining it on the machine's axis. For heavier seeder units, the hydropack's lifting capacity can be increased to 1400 kg, making the unit an extremely versatile partner for cultivation and seeding combinations.

The unit offers smooth adjustment of the working depth of the tine section. This allows the operator to precisely prepare the seedbed, adapting operating parameters to the current soil moisture and compaction, which is crucial for uniform plant emergence.

The ARAMIS unit is available in three widths: 2,5 m (18 tines), 2,7 m (20 tines), and 3,0 m (22 tines). This gradation allows for optimal matching of the machine to the power of your tractor, ensuring high performance while maintaining low fuel consumption.

Frequently asked questions about ARAMIS scraper units
The ARAMIS scraper unit is a lightweight yet highly durable cultivation and sowing machine. Its main tasks include effectively loosening the topsoil, mechanically destroying weeds, thoroughly breaking up clods, and preparing an ideal seedbed. It allows for cultivation and sowing in a single pass.
The design, based on spring tines and string rollers, makes this model primarily suitable for light and medium soils. In such conditions, it perfectly conditions the seedbed without drying it out or removing deadwood, while also generating less resistance than heavy disc or active cultivators.
AMJ AGRO, with smaller and medium-sized farms in mind, offers the ARAMIS model in three compact working widths: 2,5 m, 2,7 m and 3,0 m. Thanks to its relatively low weight (from 650 kg in the basic version) and a design that generates low traction resistance, a tractor with a power of just 70 HP is enough for smooth operation of the machine.
The basic operating sequence is well thought out. The machine consists of: front string rollers (pre-crushing clods), two rows of spring tines (loosening), a rear 500 mm diameter tubular roller (crushing and compacting), and an integrated hydropack.
Absolutely. Standard equipment on the ARAMIS model includes a Hydropak system based on two robust hydraulic cylinders. This allows for seamless attachment and coupling of the machine to a traditional mechanical seeder. This creates an efficient system that drastically reduces fuel costs and eliminates the need for additional soil compaction with the tractor's wheels.
In its basic configuration, the unit is equipped with two rows of tines (from 18 to 22 depending on the frame width). However, for farmers with more demanding sites requiring more intensive and better soil mixing, the manufacturer has provided the option of equipping the machine with an additional, third row of tines.
Farmers have complete freedom to customize the working tools to their specific crops. AMJ AGRO offers a choice of straight or curved tines. Straight tines are better suited for shallow work and the preparation of perfectly smooth beds, while curved tines are more effective at pulling weed and couch grass roots to the surface.
The unit offers exceptionally intuitive, smooth adjustment of the tine section's working depth via pressure control. This allows the operator to precisely adjust the machine's parameters depending on the current soil moisture and compaction. This is a key factor in ensuring uniform, even plant emergence.
The front string rollers are a crucial element during the tillage stage. Before the spring tines begin their work, these rollers pre-break up larger clods left after ploughing, smoothing the surface, and perfectly stabilizing the machine's track. Thanks to them, the loosening tines can work at a set depth without unwanted undulations.
Of course. Although the basic version comes with a strong 500 mm diameter tubular roller, full customization is possible. Upon request, the manufacturer can equip the unit with other rollers, such as a Packer roller, which is even more effective at compacting the soil for rapeseed sowing.
Pre-sowing cultivation with spring tines requires a dynamic tractor. With an optimal operating speed of around 10 km/h, the unit delivers outstanding performance. The operator can cultivate and immediately sow an area of 2,5 to 3,0 hectares in just one hour.
To withstand demanding weather conditions and exposure to residual fertilizers, the entire ARAMIS unit is protected by an advanced powder coating process. This creates a hard outer coating that protects the steel components from rapid abrasion and corrosion.
If your farm has lighter and medium-firm soils, investing in a heavy and expensive power harrow is pointless. The ARAMIS is significantly lighter (it protects the tractor's linkage), doesn't require a complicated PTO drive, and allows for perfect tillage with significantly lower fuel consumption per hectare.
