* the weight of the PORTO 300 no-tillage unit is given together with the 500 mm tubular roller.

The PORTO 300 no-till cultivator is a professional machine for shallow and deep tillage. It features 10 Delta Flex tines with NON-STOP hydraulic protection and 8 460 mm disc harrows. Standard features include hydraulic depth and pressure adjustment, maintenance-free hubs, and a tubular roller. The high-grade, powder-coated steel construction ensures durability. The 3-meter-wide machine requires a tractor with at least 150 HP, ensuring efficient residue mixing.

Why PORTO 300 instead of a plow?

One trip instead of three

Loosens, mixes crop residue, and tills the soil in a single pass. Less fuel and hours than a plow cycle.

Work without downtime

Teeth with NON-STOP hydraulic protection – when encountering an obstacle, they deflect and return to the set depth.

Settings from the cabin

The pressure force, tine working depth and roller pressure are hydraulically adjustable – without getting out of the tractor when the soil mosaic changes.

Shallow and deep tillage without a plow

How does the 3.0m no-tillage cultivator work?

A professional agricultural machine from a Polish manufacturer designed for both shallow and deep tillage, successfully replacing traditional plowing.

The machine features advanced hydraulic NON-STOP protection that protects the tines from stones and overloads. Users also have convenient hydraulic adjustment of working depth and roller pressure directly from the tractor cab.

The unit can be extensively configured, including carbide-reinforced chisels (for longer service life) and various types of heavier rollers (e.g. Packer, Crosskill, Daszkowy or Kraker) adapted to specific soil conditions.

NON-STOP hydraulic protection

The hydraulic safety system is the heart of the PORTO model, designed for operation in the harshest, rocky conditions. It allows the working tool to smoothly deflect upon encountering an obstacle and immediately, automatically return to the set depth. This ensures uninterrupted operation and protects the machine frame from extreme overloads.

DELTA FLEX legs, optional HORSCH

The unit is equipped with DELTA FLEX legs as standard, ensuring intensive mixing of crop residues with soil at a depth of up to 30 cm. The optional HORSCH leg section allows for even more aggressive cultivation and deep loosening, effectively eliminating the plow pan and improving the soil's air-water structure.

Leveling disc section (460mm)

Behind the tine section is a row of 460 mm diameter discs mounted on rubber shock absorbers. Their function is to precisely level the field surface and thoroughly mix the organic matter. The shock absorbers protect the discs from damage and ensure perfect ground contouring even at high working speeds.

Hydraulic shaft adjustment

The hydraulic system ensures convenient and precise control of the unit's working depth. The operator can instantly adjust the roller pressure and tine depth directly from the tractor cab, which is crucial when soil conditions vary within a single field.

Maintenance-free steel hub

The leveling discs are equipped with high-quality, maintenance-free steel hubs. The hermetic seal eliminates the need for lubrication, significantly reducing operating costs and machine readiness time. The use of steel in the hub construction guarantees their resistance to impacts and cracks.

Carbide chisels

For the most demanding users, we've prepared the option of carbide-reinforced chisels (mounted with two screws). This technology significantly increases the abrasion resistance of the cutting elements, allowing for consistent working depth and high-quality tillage for a much longer period than with standard components.

FAQ

PORTO 300 no-till cultivator – questions and answers

What tractor power do I need for optimal operation with the PORTO 300 unit?2026-07-18T15:11:43+02:00

Smooth and efficient operation of the 3,0 m working width machine requires a tractor with power of 150 hp or more. This ensures the appropriate operating speed, crucial for perfect mixing of crop residue with the soil.

To what depth can the PORTO 300 work and does it replace ploughing?2026-08-14T16:18:12+02:00

The PORTO 300 is a versatile machine designed for both shallow and deep tillage (up to approximately 30 cm). Deep loosening effectively eliminates the plow pan and creates an ideal air-water structure, successfully replacing the traditional, slow, and drying tillage system.

How does the unit perform on stony fields?2026-05-27T18:11:17+02:00

The heart of the machine is the advanced NON-STOP hydraulic safety system for each tine. If it hits a rock or hard obstacle, the working element smoothly tilts back and then automatically and instantly returns to the set depth, fully protecting the frame from overload.

How is the working depth adjusted in the PORTO 300 model?2026-07-18T15:11:47+02:00

Thanks to the advanced hydraulic system, roller pressure and tine depth can be adjusted directly from the tractor cab. This saves the operator time and allows them to react instantly to changing soil conditions in different parts of the field (e.g., clay hills or sandy depressions).

What working elements are responsible for loosening the soil?2026-05-27T18:11:59+02:00

As standard, the machine is equipped with 10 specially profiled Delta Flex tines (legs). For those who prefer even more aggressive tillage, the manufacturer offers an optional Horsch leg section, and for very compact soils, narrow working elements are also available.

Do the hubs of the raking discs require daily lubrication?2026-07-18T15:12:48+02:00

No. The PORTO 300 features highly durable, maintenance-free steel hubs with airtight seals. This significantly reduces operating costs, and saves farmers the time they would otherwise have to spend lubricating with a grease gun every day during the season.

What exactly are the plates at the back responsible for and are they easily damaged?2026-05-27T18:12:36+02:00

The unit has eight 460 mm diameter leveling discs. They are responsible for the final incorporation of crop residues and for perfectly leveling the field surface. They are mounted on special rubber shock absorbers that protect the system from vibration and physical damage.

What tillage roller comes standard and what other options are there?2026-08-14T16:18:35+02:00

The basic option available at the base price is a universal 500 mm diameter tubular roller. However, AMJ AGRO offers the option of ordering the unit with a variety of other rollers adapted to specific soil types, such as a Packer roller, a V-Ring roller, a T-bar roller, a heavy-duty Crosskill roller, a spring roller, or the advanced KRAKER disc roller.

How much does the machine weigh and how does this affect the selection of the shaft?2026-05-27T18:13:19+02:00

The total weight of the structure (unit + roller) determines operational stability. With the lightest rollers (tubular, string), the machine weighs approximately 1310–1500 kg. When equipped with, for example, a massive, clod-compacting Crosskill roller (550 mm), the weight increases to 1800 kg.

Will the working parts survive in hard ground or will they wear out quickly?2026-07-18T15:12:53+02:00

Standard undercutters and chisels are made of high-grade steel. However, Polish farmers are increasingly seeking premium options – that's why the PORTO 300 can be ordered with carbide-reinforced chisels (attached with two screws). This significantly extends the operating time between component replacements.

What is the field efficiency of this unit when working in the field?2026-07-18T15:12:58+02:00

At an optimal speed of around 10 km/h, ensuring the best possible soil throwing and mixing, the three-metre PORTO 300 model achieves a capacity of 3,0 hectares per hour.

How does the paint coating cope with contact with moisture, UV rays and fertilizers?2026-05-27T18:14:17+02:00

The machine's frame is supported by solid, thick sections, and the entire structure is precisely powder-coated. Additionally, all cylinders are coated with a thick layer of chrome, ensuring long service life without the risk of rust developing after several seasons.

Where can a farmer obtain spare parts for the PORTO 300?2026-08-14T16:18:45+02:00

A major advantage of AMJ AGRO machines is their local availability. PORTO users have free, direct access to parts from the manufacturer – chisels (in the Terra system), shear bolts, undercutters, jacks, and beam guards can all be purchased directly from the official AMJ AGRO online store, often with overnight delivery.
