Equipped with 13 or 16 Delta Flex tines and a set of 460 mm discs, it features hydraulic NON-STOP safety with adjustable downforce and hydraulic working depth adjustment. Its robust, powder-coated construction with maintenance-free hubs weighs 2500 to 3000 kg. Requires a tractor with a minimum of 220 HP. Ideal for use in the harshest conditions.

Which tillage roller is right for your soil?
The roller determines the working depth, breaks up clods, and compacts the soil. A 500 mm tubular roller is standard; other options are available at an additional cost. The stated weight is for the entire PORTO XXL unit with the roller.

How does a 4 or 5m no-tillage cultivator work?
The 4-meter version has 13 tines and 10 discs, while the 5-meter version is equipped with as many as 16 tines (Delta Flex type as standard, Horsch type as an option) and 13 discs (diameter 460 mm) mounted on rubber shock absorbers.
Due to its large dimensions, the machine is equipped with an advanced hydraulic folding system based on four powerful cylinders. This ensures comfortable road transport. The machine is also secured with "Hydro Key" technology.
PORTO XXL is an uncompromising machine, designed for the largest farms, which can easily cope with the most difficult, demanding and stony soil conditions.
The PORTO XXL unit is designed for operation in the harshest conditions, where traditional safety features can fail. The NON-STOP hydraulic system allows for smooth maneuvering around rocks and obstacles hidden underground. After passing the obstacle, the unit's leg automatically returns to the set depth without the need to stop the tractor, ensuring continuous operation and protecting the machine's frame.
Depending on your agronomic preferences, the machine can be equipped with standard DELTA FLEX legs, which are excellent for lifting stubble and mixing residue. Optionally, HORSCH legs are available, featuring a specific geometry that ensures even better soil penetration and intensive mixing of large amounts of organic matter while requiring low power.
Behind the working tine section are 460 mm diameter discs. Their function is to precisely level the field surface and mix the topsoil immediately before the tillage roller passes. These discs are mounted on rubber shock absorbers, protecting them from mechanical damage and improving ground contouring.
The XXL model, due to its large working widths (4,0 m and 5,0 m), utilizes an advanced hydraulic folding system based on four powerful cylinders. This ensures high wing stability during operation and safe and fast transport on public roads. The Hydro Key system further enhances the comfort of operating the machine's hydraulics.
For farms working in heavy, compact, and abrasive soils, we offer the option of mounting carbide-reinforced chisels with two screws.
