ATOS
The ATOS is equipped with two rows of 560 mm diameter discs (with the option of upgrading to 510 mm) mounted on rubber shock absorbers. This design ensures effective undercutting and mixing of crop residues even at higher operating speeds.
Hydropack as standard
A robust hitch with two cylinders (with the option of increased lifting capacity up to 2,5 t) allows you to work with heavy seed drills.
Precise spacing and components
The 70 cm disc spacing prevents the machine from clogging, and the maintenance-free steel hubs guarantee long-term operation without the need for lubrication.
Wide shaft configuration
The standard tubular roller can be replaced with a packer, roof, T-bar or rubber roller, among others, to adapt the machine to the soil type.
Durability and aesthetics
The powder-coated construction ensures high resistance to corrosion and harsh weather conditions.
ATOS disc cultivator (AMJ AGRO)
ATOS disc cultivator (AMJ AGRO)
A compact, mounted disc cultivator and seed drill from the Polish brand AMJ AGRO.
The machine is designed mainly for stubble breaking, pre-sowing soil cultivation and intensive mixing of crop residues and catch crops.
ATOS is a robust (powder-coated), universal and efficient machine that is perfect for a modern farm striving to reduce costs and combine agrotechnical treatments.

The standard version of the unit is equipped with 560 mm diameter AMJ discs, which ensure effective cutting and intensive mixing of crop residue. For farmers seeking maximum durability, we offer the option of mounting discs from the renowned OFAS or AMA brands, characterized by increased abrasion resistance. A version with 510 mm discs is also available for lighter tillage work.

Stability and safety of the seeder are ensured by the professional Hydropack system, which utilizes two powerful hydraulic cylinders. This solution allows for precise guidance of the seeder along the unit's axis. For users working with heavy pneumatic systems, we offer a reinforced option with a lifting capacity of up to 2,5 tons, enabling compatibility with the largest seeders available on the market.

Standard, maintenance-free steel hubs eliminate the need for daily servicing and lubrication. For the most demanding farms and service companies, the unit can be equipped with FKL hubs, which, thanks to their advanced sealing system, guarantee trouble-free operation in extremely dusty and humid environments.

The individual suspension system for each disc on rubber shock absorbers effectively protects the unit's frame and working components from mechanical stress. This shock absorption allows for safe operation on stony fields while also ensuring excellent ground tracking.

Frequently asked questions about the ATOS disc harrow
The ATOS disc cultivator is a multifunctional, compact sowing and cultivation machine. Its main tasks are crumbling, cutting, and loosening the soil, as well as thoroughly mixing crop residues and catch crops. It can be used for both post-harvest work (stubble removal) and pre-sowing cultivation.
The manufacturer AMJ AGRO offers the ATOS model in three variants of working width: 2,5 m, 2,7 m and 3,0 m, which allows you to choose the right machine size for the area and your machine park.
Power requirements depend on the machine's working width and soil conditions. The manufacturer states that the smaller models (2,5 m and 2,7 m) require a tractor with at least 120 hp. The widest 3,0 m version requires a minimum power requirement of 130 hp.
As standard, the unit is equipped with two rows of 560 mm diameter toothed discs from the Polish brand AMJ, which effectively cut and mix the soil. As an option, the manufacturer offers the option of upgrading to smaller diameter discs (510 mm) or to discs from renowned foreign brands with increased abrasion resistance, such as OFAS or AMA.
Yes, the unit is perfectly suited for use on stony fields. Each disc has individual overload protection in the form of rubber shock absorbers (rollers), which effectively protect the machine's arm and frame from mechanical damage and also enable ground following.
To simplify operation and reduce operating costs, the ATOS machine is equipped with maintenance-free steel hubs as standard, completely eliminating the need for daily lubrication and servicing. For more demanding conditions, armored FKL hubs are optionally available.
The spacing between the front and rear rows of discs on the ATOS model is 70 cm. This is the optimal distance that ensures smooth soil flow and prevents the machine from clogging, even with large amounts of plant material (tall catch crops or dense corn stubble).
Absolutely. The ATOS is a seed drill unit that comes standard with a stable Hydropack (seeder coupling) operating on two cylinders. This allows you to create an efficient set, combining the work of two machines in a single pass.
The standard system is fully sufficient for traditional seed drills. However, if your farm has heavy equipment (e.g., pneumatic seed drills), you can order a reinforced Hydropack, which offers increased lifting capacity of up to 2,5 tons.
The standard equipment includes a universal 500 mm diameter tubular roller. However, the manufacturer offers a wide range of configuration options for specific soil types. Custom options include 500 mm diameter packer rollers: roof roller, T-bar roller, string roller, spring roller, as well as heavier crosskill or rubber rollers. Hydraulic depth adjustment is also available.
The machine is equipped with specially profiled side screens as standard. These prevent soil from being thrown outside the machine's working area (the so-called "lock and furrow effect"), ensuring the field remains evenly tilled across its entire width.
Weight depends primarily on the selected width and roller. For the standard configuration with a tubular roller and hydropack, the machine weighs 1180 kg (2,5 m), 1220 kg (2,7 m), and 1310 kg (3,0 m). Weight naturally increases with the use of heavier rollers (e.g., the Crosskill roller for the 3.0 m version raises the machine to 1800 kg).
Efficiency is approximately 2,5 to 3,0 ha/h, assuming an optimal operating speed of 10 km/h. To ensure years of trouble-free operation while maintaining its aesthetic appeal, the machine is fully powder-coated, guaranteeing the highest corrosion resistance.
